ISOLABS EMBEDDED S3 is a  central series of artistic and art-research situations that represent the core of the public presentations of the entire project. Currently, plans are are underway to realize at least seven situations, two of which are also connected to the European Capital of Culture Chemnitz 2025 and Oulu 2026. Two of the projects began their preparations already in 2023. On September 14, 2024, the project was presented in the Bavšica Valley, where the first ISOLABS EMBEDDED S3 outdoor event took place. Most situations will be presented to the public in 2025, while some are planned as permanent, multi-year installations in public spaces.
 One of the seven situations will be a sound research landscape, planned as one of the largest public events of the ISOLABS program for 2025 and is expected to take place in winter 2025 in the area of the Triglav National Park (TNP). Another is the filming of a  film by Jasmina Cibic, with whom Projekt Atol has collaborated over several years now.
